NekoAntiCheat Troubleshooting

False positives on high-ping players​

  • Increase motionguard.latencyCompensation from 150ms to 250ms.
  • Enable combatsense.bufferedSamples so the detector waits for multiple frames before alerting.

Review Hub not recording clips​

  • Ensure the Docker container has at least 2 GB RAM and SSD storage.
  • Check review-hub.log for DiskQuotaExceeded errors.
  • Verify the API token matches the one configured in plugins/NekoAntiCheat/review-hub.yml.

Alerts are delayed​

  • Disable Discord's slow mode in the target channel.
  • Raise the alerts.rabbitmq.prefetch value when using AMQP relays.
  • Monitor the Prometheus metric nekoac_alert_queue_depth to size workers properly.
